Since its foundation, IRIS has been able to stand out in the Italian industrial landscape as a highly specialized company at the cutting edge of technology in the design of laser and plasma technology applications. It counts numerous collaborations with important B2B and B2C companies, for which it has implemented pilot applications of relevant innovations in the Automotive, Industrial, Medical and Environmental markets. Among its partnerships, the one with PRIMA ADDITIVE and, thanks to network agreements, with innovative SMEs such as LASERLAM, MORPHICA and WALDEN are of particular importance to enhance its offer.
IRIS is very well integrated in the European industrial and environmental research context and has won 2 FP7 projects, 10 H2020 projects, 1 LIFE project. Thanks to this, it has built a very wide network of collaborations and contacts with the most prestigious protagonists of industrial and environmental research at European level. These projects have been the means for IRIS to develop knowledge, skills, multidisciplinary teams, network of contacts and collaborations both on products and for the development of innovative processes.
